Hi I'm Annette, owner of Noir Beauty Boutique! I'm a Milwaukee-based artist specializing in lash extensions and permanent makeup. I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness, where I fell in love with all things beauty, and became a licensed cosmetologist in 2014. When I entered the industry, I got 2x certified in lash extensions and 3x certified in permanent makeup. After working in a salon for 3 years, I decided to become an independent artist. Noir Beauty Boutique was born in September 2017 and I’ve been an established artist since, bringing 10+ years experience. I’m passionate about enhancing natural beauty, and helping my clients feel confident. I’m always excited to welcome new faces into my studio. I can't wait to meet you!

Cancellation Policy

Noir Beauty Boutique requires a 24-hour notice if a client needs to cancel a scheduled appointment. If client fails to contact service provider within 24-hours they will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If client no-shows set appointment they will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
